About Us

It was my father's vision to provide families better ways to vacation.

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

Many major milestones occurred in 2019. It began with opening our new corporate headquarters in Orlando, FL, to accommodate our rapid growth. This was the first corporate campus environment in the Orlando timeshare industry.

On its heels, we signed an unprecedented 100-year extension of our strategic alliance with IHG®. It provides our company the exclusive rights to market and sell vacation ownership under the Holiday Inn Club Vacations® brand worldwide. This paves the way for global vacation ownership expansion.

KSL Capital Partners, LLC, a leading investor in the travel and leisure industry, also made a significant minority investment in the company. KSL brings extensive expertise in the financial markets to our board to complement our growing capabilities.

Corporate name change

Later in the year, we changed our company name to Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated. Aligning our consumer brand and corporate name leverages the global strength of the Holiday Inn® brand, which represents IHG’s largest footprint and growth engine.

It also culminates several developments we have been pursuing to capitalize on growth in the timeshare industry. This includes the company’s own trajectory, which doubled its Club membership over the past decade. Today, hundreds of thousands of families call our resorts home.

Our goal is to continue our legacy of creating meaningful experiences that help bring families closer together. We will do this by introducing new products, adding exciting vacation destinations and focusing on growing guest love in everything we offer.
