Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer

Patrick provides the guiding unified vision for delivering memorable customer experiences for all Holiday Inn Club Vacations owners and guests. He is the champion for the customer’s voice and leads all aspects of customer care and satisfaction encompassing owner support, resort operations and inventory management. This includes providing customer service and engagement for the company’s rapidly growing owner base, as well as developing, managing and delivering the Holiday Inn Club member product.

Patrick’s career spans almost 30 years in customer service including extensive experience in the mortgage and timeshare industries. For nearly a decade, and prior to joining Orange Lake Resorts in 2006, he was engaged in RCI® North America’s member servicing division as Senior Vice President of Membership overseeing many of their relationships with numerous member clubs. He also held previous management positions with PHH Mortgage and General Electric, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Notre Dame University.
